If you want to find out more we can arrange to meet up and discuss your requirements further. This is 100% no obligation and no cost.

4 - What happens at the meeting?

We would like to find out more about your property / land and if possible have a look at it.

This is an initial conversation to let you know who we are, how we can work together and most importantly for you to let us know what you are looking to achieve.

5 - What happens next?

We will conduct an initial location appraisal and do the residual land value calculations.

We will then organise to meet up again to go through this in more detail.

We will be very transparent with our findings and the numbers.

Again there is no cost to you for this at all.

6 - Next Stages

If we both agree we want to work together, we will finalise the paperwork and we will then get on with what was agreed.
We will keep you informed regularly.
